    2. Description of Service

    TrendingIdeas is an ads intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available advertising data from the Meta Ad Library, enriches it with AI-powered analysis, and presents it alongside app store ranking data. The Service provides estimated metrics such as ad spend, reach, and revenue — these are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact figures.

    3. Account Registration

    To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party authentication (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. Subscription and Billing

    TrendingIdeas offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms.

    • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
    • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The advertising data displayed on TrendingIdeas is sourced from publicly available ad libraries. AI-generated insights, scores, and analyses are provided for informational purposes only. All proprietary elements of the Service — including its design, software, and branding — are owned by TrendingIdeas.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service.
    • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained through the Service.
    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrendingIdeas does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, estimates, or insights provided through the Service. The information should not be construed as financial, investment, or business advice.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendingIdeas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
