Refund Policy

Forq is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel on a recurring basis. Payments and license fulfillment are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so every refund runs through them and follows their refund policy. This page explains what that means for your purchase and how to ask for a refund.
1. Statutory withdrawal rights
Depending on where you live, consumer law gives you a window to withdraw from a purchase for any reason, counted from the date of the transaction:
- 14 days in the EU and EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel.
- 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and China.
- 5 days in Singapore.
If you are outside these regions, you may still have rights under your local consumer law, and you are always welcome to ask (see section 4).
2. Digital products: an important exception
Forq is downloadable digital content. Once you start downloading, activating, or otherwise using the Software, the statutory withdrawal right above no longer applies. At checkout you consent to Dodo Payments making the Software available to you right away and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw as soon as that use begins. This is standard for instantly delivered software.
3. Refunds outside the withdrawal window
Outside any applicable statutory window, transactions are generally non-refundable. Dodo Payments still reviews every request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at its discretion; requests are most likely to be considered when made within 14 days of the transaction. A request does not guarantee a refund, and Dodo Payments may decline one where it finds evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
4. How to request a refund
Start from the receipt email you received at checkout: it links to your order and to Dodo Payments’ billing portal, where you can submit a refund request. You can also email us at support@forq.ink with your order details (the order reference from that receipt) and we will help coordinate the request with Dodo Payments.
5. How approved refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible, normally within 14 days of approval. A price change never affects a license you have already bought, and a refund cancels the license it was issued for.
6. Faulty or undelivered purchases
If the Software has a material defect, or you were charged but cannot access what you bought, contact us first at support@forq.ink so we can try to put it right. If we cannot, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of the amount you paid, in line with applicable consumer protection law.
